Main Filling:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 68 egg roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray

Optional for Serving:

  • Dill pickle chips
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Dipping sauce (ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheese.
  2. Prepare Egg Rolls: Fill each egg roll wrapper with the filling. Roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Air Fry: Spray egg rolls with olive oil. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve: Enjoy hot with dipping sauce and optional garnishes.

Notes

  • Add diced pickles or bacon bits for extra flavor.
