Batter:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Additional:

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Optional: ice cream or whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Prepare Batter: Stir in powdered sugar, then whisk in egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in flour.
  4. Prep Ramekins: Spray two 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick spray and divide batter between them.
  5. Cook in Air Fryer: Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 7–9 minutes.
  6. Serve: Carefully remove ramekins, let sit for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
