Sweet Pepper:

  • 1 1/2 cups mini sweet peppers, sliced into thick rings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak and Peppers: In a medium bowl, toss the steak cubes and sweet pepper slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer: Arrange the steak and peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the steak is browned and the peppers are slightly blistered.

  5. Toss with Sauce: Once the steak and peppers are done, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with the warm honey garlic sauce until coated.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the sauce for 30 minutes before air frying.
  • Serve over rice or in lettuce cups for a complete meal.
