Ingredients

Units Scale

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken.
  2. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
  3. Cook in Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove the skewers and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley while hot. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
  • For extra cheesy flavor, toss the cooked skewers with more Parmesan before serving.
