  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix gently.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 patties and chill for 15–20 minutes.
