Chicken Thighs:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Make Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Season Chicken: Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken thighs.
  5. Cook in Air Fryer: Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is crispy.
