- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place beaten eggs in a separate bowl and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and place chicken bites in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Toss the cooked chicken bites in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or celery sticks.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- These bites can be served with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
