- Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, mix cornstarch, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in this mixture.
- Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat the air fryer. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
- Make the Orange Sauce: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and orange zest. Cook until thickened.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Toss the cooked chicken in the orange sauce until coated evenly.
